Released Time Education  In  Los Angeles, Calif.

  • Works with school district personnel at the district level and at the schools where Released Time is implemented.
  • Establish the schedule in cooperation with school personnel.
  • When a new school is added, contact with the school is initiated by the Released Time Director.
  • Prepares a written report to the Board of Directors for each business meeting.
  • Be involved in activities of the Released Time Program as established by the Board.
  • Take advantage of the benefits of membership in California RTCE by attending the annual state conference and Regional Meetings.
  • Represent Released Time to school district administration.
  • Make decisions that affect the daily operation of the program.
  • Make final decisions on personnel needed to run the program.
  • Have enrollment forms copied and distributed to the school, along with scheduling information for each school site.
