• Hold monthly or bimonthly meetings to facilitate the business of Released Time.
  
• Provide leadership in building a network of ministries and individuals who will help build the program the program both spiritually and financially.
  
• Appoint a person from among your your group to be the director of the program. If no one feels equipped to perform this work, board members must look outside the group to identify and screen applicants carefully.
  
• Be involved in activities and events of the Released Time program.
  
• Secure insurance to cover students, teachers, and board members.
